By using Clean Arcade you accept the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, please close the site. Where a child plays, a parent or guardian accepts on their behalf.

What Clean Arcade is

Clean Arcade is a free collection of original browser games made for families. There is no sign-up, no download, no chat, and no advertising during play.

Free and personal use

The games are provided at no cost for personal and family entertainment. They may not be sold, resold, bundled, rehosted, or used for any commercial purpose without written permission.

Intellectual property

Every game, illustration, line of code and piece of text here was created in-house and remains the property of the developer. Any resemblance to existing games, brands or trademarks is entirely coincidental and unintended.

Privacy and children

No account is required and no personal data is collected. To count visits, the arcade records anonymous page views: the page, the country, the referring website and a random tag your browser makes for one day only. There are no cookies, no IP addresses are kept and nothing identifies you or your child; browsers that send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are not counted at all. Preferences such as your language, theme and best scores are stored by your own browser on your own device and are never sent anywhere.

Fair use of the service

Please do not copy, reverse engineer, disrupt or overload the arcade, and do not use it in any way that would spoil it for other visitors.

Provided as is

The arcade is offered as is and without warranty of any kind. Games are tested widely but may still contain faults, and the site may occasionally be unavailable.

These terms may be updated as the arcade grows. The current version always lives on this page, and the date above tells you when it last changed.
